Winter in Bath

So I haven't posted a blog in months! Tut Tut! But…. The holiday have finally arrived and it's time to get some festive blogging done. I have my beautiful friend Lauren visiting me from Australia over the christmas holidays. This only means one thing… more christmas markets, shopping, yummy food and ice skating then ever before! Oh…. and I forgot how beautiful Bath is in the winter time.
Although I'm heading home in a couple of days, Bath has defiantly boosted my Christmas spirits...How many days to go?
I promise my next blog will be sooner rather than later….

My New Home...

Well…. for the next 9 months at least.
It's been a while since my last post….  (oopps) I've been moving in to my new student home in Bath and getting stuck into an amazing second year. Besides aching and bruising from head to toe (from my 32 hour week dance schedule) - life with my lovely house mates is pretty great. I've been busy making my room as homely and cosy as possible….
Patchwork Trow: Next Home  Blanket :BHS Cloud Decoration, Draws & Bird Ring Dish : Monsoon Home White Tidy Trays & Boxes: Lakeland Diffuser: Yankee Candle Cushions: Primark  Lights & Maps: Urban Outfitters  Mirror & Photo Frame: Charity Shop

…I'm sure as I shop around in Bath I can add to the creative & inspiring little space.

And so it begins again...

Today was day 2 of packing, and although I'm sat typing this with my entire wardrobe on the floor next to me…. I am quietly confident and positive about the year ahead. New house, new academic year and an opportunity to climb closer and closer to my dream.
Can't wait to share my new room with you.
I will miss you beautiful Lake District… See you at Christmas.

Beautiful Bath

There is no denying that Bath's beautiful city (Somerset, UK) was huge factor on the positive column when filling out my UCAS application. Although my halls of residence are not in the city centre itself, the recent bright and sunny signs of spring have allowed me to do some more exploring…

Great Pulteney Street Fountain
'The Little Theatre' - 1930's Cinema for Arthouse and Mainstream in St Michaels Place
Pulteney Bridge
Bath Abbey
Henrietta Street
The Tramshed - with my housemate Amy
Bath Spa University - Newton Park Campus
Bath has two separate Universities which means thousands of student and young people blending its historical beautiful with a young and alive culture - or at least a picturesque escape from my uni cell or manic studio rehearsals.
